A leading veterinary medicine manufacturer requested an automatic feeder for a blister packaging machine installed in their plant.
After analyzing the existing equipment, we proposed making the necessary adaptations for optimal fixation and proper feeder performance, achieving excellent results for primary capsule packaging.
The Aipacking AUF124 automatic feeder uses rotating brushes and planetary stirrers that sweep products into the blister machine.
It is characterized by its simple construction, low cost, excellent efficiency, high performance, and the possibility of being configured for different blister packaging machine models.
Designed according to GMP standards, it can be fully disassembled without tools, for easy and effective cleaning.
The AUF124 feeder is composed of three modules:
*Planetary box and transversal brushes:
Includes planetaries and silicone made palettes.
The transversal main body brush bristles are made in Delrin®.
Geared motors are on the back side.
*Pre-feeding hopper set with vibrator:
A sensor adjusts the quantity of product inside the feeder, sending a signal to switch on the vibrator.
The hopper is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The vibratory device has a perforated tray, which can be connected to a suction system.
*Control Panel:
Assembled on the feeder, it includes the start button, speed settings and vibration adjustment.
