A major dental implant manufacturer asked us to develop an automatic blister machine that could form deep blisters for packaging these small pieces.

After evaluating the needs and requirements of our client and the characteristics of the blister, we set to work to design and then produce this equipment that allows blisters to be formed with peel-off and Tyvek or paper as a lid material.

The machine has a reinforced cutting station for high thicknesses and an electrical panel system isolated from vibration.
